The colours are flattering on a wide range of skin tones and pair well with nearly all of my pink and nude lipsticks. Pigmented, long lasting and versatile, these lip pencils are a must-have. However, if you plan on wearing just the pencil, I recommend applying a lip balm beneath it. If I layer them under a lip colour, this is usually not a problem. The only downside is that the formula feels drying and can accentuate fine lines. When paired with a lipstick, they extend the wear time by a good 3 to 4 hours. It can also be used to define the lip edges and make the lips look fuller by lining outside the lip lines.IвЂ™ve been wearing these pencils under most of my lipsticks and have been amazed at how much they have increased the lasting power of every lip colour! When worn alone, each shade stays put for at least 6 hours and fades evenly. It can be used on its own with a clear lip balm or gloss on top or can be used under other lipsticks to make them stay on for longer. Its a good nude pink shade which can work with fair to medium Indian skin tones.

I would say you can even use it on its own as itвЂ™s a very pretty shade. You can also make your lips look bigger by lining outside the edges if you have thin lips. It is perfect for defining the lips and makes them look sharper. It can be used under number of lipsticks like mac Craving, Taupe, Syrup, вЂњOвЂќ and Sandy вЂњBвЂќ lipsticks. Also it looks amazingly well with smokey eyes. It is one of the nude shades which match the natural colour of my lips perfectly. Mac Dervish is a cooler pink shade with brown beige undertone.
